There is good news this week that DEFRA has rejected the Lead Ammunition Group (LAG) report calling for a ban on lead shot. Former secretary of state Liz Truss confirmed that the opponents of lead shot, led by John Swift, were willing to ignore other members of the group and present inadequate evidence in an attempt
to force their own agenda.
