For the mulled liquor

• 350ml (11¾floz) full bodied vegan red wine

• 150ml (5floz) vegan ruby port

• 150g (5¼oz) light brown soft sugar

• juice and peel from 1 orange

• 2 star anise

• 3 cloves

• 1 cinnamon stick

• 5 black peppercorns
