DON’T OVERDO IT
Brussels sprouts get a bad reputation when it comes to cooking. The traditionalists amongst us will opt to boil these small, spherical delights. Steaming or roasting techniques, however, retain more of the lavour, texture and nutrients. Roasting in a little coconut or vegetable oil, alongside some coarse salt and fresh herbs is sure to delight a crowd (no mushy textures here!).
