Hoops on toast: heat canned spaghetti hoops and serve on 2 slices wholemeal toast from a small 400g loaf (a Healthy Extra)


Potato salad to go: mix fat-free natural fromage frais with a little mustard powder and chopped fresh chives. Stir through sliced spring onions, chopped celery and apple, boiled baby potatoes and chunks of cooked skinless chicken, and season. Pack into a lunch box
