In case you hadn’t noticed, headless guitars are back! Leading the way for the last decade has been German brand, Strandberg, and now it’s revamped its entire Boden series.
The Concept NX range starts at €2199 and is available in a number of configurations and finishes including Original (HH, fixed bridge), Fusion (HSH, vibrato), Prog (HH, vibrato), Metal (HH, fixed bridge) and Classic (HSS, vibrato). All Boden NX models will include Strandberg’s new EGS Rev 7 bridge and string locking system, as well as a newly carved neck heel and body carve , with Richlite introduced as the fretboard material on some of the models, and the Original being offered with swamp ash alternative, Sassafras for the first production run.
