In this issue’s column, I’m going back to basics and I’ve put together a list of the do’s and don’ts for trans-girls that I’ve learnt during my career as the editor of a fashion magazine and more importantly during my own lived experience as a trans-woman. These are aimed at the average trans-woman, since many of us have similar problem areas as a result of going through male puberty (such as broad shoulders and small hips). We all come in different shapes and sizes so it’s not a case of one size fits all (no pun intended) and there will be people who these tips don’t apply to, but hopefully some of you will be able to take something away from this!
Lots of love, Charlie
