I run a small family business that makes energy-saving stoves and barbecues, and we are also involved with forestry. I have found this book to have some interesting insights into some of the current land degradation issues we face today, such as the effect that cash crops cocoa, coffee and tea have on forest landscapes in Africa — which is astounding from an environmental perspective.
