MADAM – It is a shame that Mr Trory is so dismissive of the impact that young people have, and will have, on the antiques trade.
In order for our industry to survive, we must constantly work to attract new customers of all ages.
I was also dismayed at the sentiments on young people in ATG’s round table on TV shows (ATG No 2266). How could your debaters, mostly people aged 50-plus, understand what might attract young people to the industry?
