Auction Technology Group, parent of Antiques Trade Gazette, has agreed to make changes to contracts it has with some customers of its online bidding platforms.
The move follows an investigation by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) into the supply of auction services.
The firm has agreed to make three changes to contracts it has with 68 of its 1400 clients across its core markets of art and antiques and industrial and commercial. Auction Technology Group’s online platforms include thesaleroom.com.
