SPEAKING as patron of Citizens Advice Scotland, Her Royal Highness said: ‘This is a really tricky geographical area to provide a service in, so you need to use everyone and everything, including technology, in a very imaginative way and offer support to them.
‘That support comes from a number of agencies, not least the local council. It’s about understanding the reputation and experience of the bureau in enabling the right advice to get to the right people.’
