Kilmory and Shiskine primary schools both held demonstration days during British Science Week, which was held recently.

Families and the wider community were invited into the schools to be wowed with inspiring science with experiments led by the children. The demonstrations all seemed quite simple but all had a science twist. The science involved included Newton’s Third Law, surface tension, equal concentrations and density, jet propulsion theory, capillary action and the properties of plastic.
