A planning application has been lodged for the erection of eight semi-detached holiday cottages on a site south-west of Point House, Kingscross.
The development, if approved, will comprise four blocks, each divided into two dwellings, each with two bedrooms and generously-sized sitting rooms with parking space for 20 vehicles in total. The buildings’ exteriors will be rendered in white cement and the roofs will be covered with natural slate.
The application, by Glenashdale Properties, is on the seven-acre site of the existing Point House which is a traditional farmhouse with outbuildings and woodlands.
