A major £700,000 refurbishment has given two of the Auchrannie’s flagship restaurants a whole new lease of life.

The biggest changes are at Cruize bar brasserie, which has had its first significant makeover since it the resort’s second hotel and spa opened in 2001. Gone is the open plan kitchen which has been refurbished to allow a better flow between the chefs, waiters and customers and in comes a new servery area, which will be used mainly for breakfast. The extended kitchen has also been fitted with new equipment throughout.
