Latin American rhythms in Lamlash

The celebrated South American harpist Ricardo Cur belo is making his second visit to Arran later this month, and those who were at one of his two concerts last year will surely want to hear him again – not to mention those who missed him last year, who are urged not to miss out this time.

Ricardo Curbelo to perform in Lamlash.

His concert is on Friday August 19, rather than the usual Saturday, and takes place in the community theatre at Arran High School in, Lamlash. Ricardo, who not only plays the harp but also sings and performs on the maracas and the cuatro (go along to find out what that is), composes music and writes poetry too. He even makes his own harps.
