You may recognise Keiynan Lonsdale from playing Wally West, aka Kid Flash, in The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow series. But come April, the cute-as-a-button 26-year-old Aussie will be known by many for his role in the big-budget, high-school gay rom-com Love, Simon. Directed by The Flash’s Greg Berlanti, Keiynan plays Simon’s classmate and friend, the smart and sweet Bram. After revealing on Instagram last May that he likes guys as well as girls, Keiynan shared another post when the film’s first poster came out in October, saying, “I’ve never been more proud to be in a project because I know young Keiynan could’ve really used this film in his darkest times.” Away from the screen, he’s also a keen singer-songwriter, with a collaboration with Swedish artist Kasbo reaching no.32 on Spotify’s US viral charts, and with an album on the way.
