Australian Railway History  |  December 2022
Summer is here! Well in theory at least, so get the banana lounge out and get down to the beach and get started on our new December issue!
We complete the assessment of a great railway era with the final of the McCusker, Chris Banger comes back with some important historical notes on Railway Soap when passenger trains were real trains and catered for most interstate travellers in every possible way. We then take a trip out west in 1995 when the era of rail corporatisation was still running hot and our rail eyes hurt with the glare of the international orange coloured paint with a trim of blue. Given the lack of travel vlogs it was really a trip of the unknown for someone from the eastern states.
All this and more in our December issue!
