Having owned a bakery in France together for 6 years, Christophe
and I decided to return to the UK for a new challenge – which is when we opened Cradle, a business with a new name and concept. We believed it was possible to build a successful and profitable business that was also ethical, sustainable, accessible, affordable and very much part of the local community. Sudbury just felt right to us, and businesses like Cradle shouldn’t just be exclusive to big cities.
