THIS year’s Scottish Amateur Football League premiership competition went to the wire for Campbeltown Pupils.
The lads threw themselves into the challenge, none more so than stand-in goalie Craig Lamont, who suffered a broken nose and gash on the forehead.
It was worth it though and the icing on the cake was surely beating arch rivals, Oban Saints, on Sunday, for the needed double win and survival in the premier league.
