A WHISKY company with no geographical links to Campbeltown has released its own blend, capitalising on the area’s whisky credentials.
The Lost Distillery Company, based at The Great Steward of Scotland’s Dumfries House in Ayrshire, has launched Dalaruan Classic, an expression of Dalaruan distillery, one of Campbeltown’s 31 lost distilleries.
The 43 per cent ABV blend has been described by Charles Maclean, one of Scotland’s leading whisky experts, as: ‘A light and accessible Campbeltown- style whisky.’
