Jolly good church supper fun

A SKETCH by an inebriated Reverend I M Jolly brought Killean and Kilchenzie’s annual church supper to an uproarious end.

John Armour brought the Scots comedy character, played on television in the ’70s,’80s and ’90s by Rikki Fulton, to life on Tayinloan Village Hall’s stage and re-enacted a scene where the minister gets drunk while conducting an interview, after his water is accidentally replaced by gin.
