FARMERS and land managers are being welcomed to a new attraction at this year’s Kintyre Show.
Blue Farming and Water Scotland is taking a stand at the annual event on August 5, focusing on the rules surrounding water pollution in an attempt to help farmers catch up on the latest information and tips about farming and water in Scotland.
Funded by the Scottish Government and staffed by specialists from Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC) and SEPA (the Scottish Environment Protection Agency), the new venue will offer information and guidance on how to avoid falling foul of increasingly strict regulation.
