Man sentenced over friend’s drugs death

AN EDINBURGH sheriff sentencing a Campbeltown man to 210 hours of unpaid work said ‘naivety and poor judgement in a young person’ had contributed to the death of a French student.

Almost five weeks after disappearing from a college party in 2016, the body of 21-yearold Antoine Maury, was found in Duddingston Loch.
