C&D AUCTION Marts Ltd, in conjunction with the Kintyre Agricultural Society, held their annual sale of rams and females in Anderston Park on Friday September 15.
A good day ensured a large crowd of buyers and local farmers saved on time by buying on their doorstep. A near total clearance in all sections was had with 87 rams and 226 females on offer. The best quality rams sold at very high rates with others as of last year.
Females were in demand and many more could be sold to the vendors’ advantage.
