A COUNCIL grass cutter stopped by police while driving a tractor pleaded guilty at Campbeltown Sheriff court to drink driving.
Finlay McNichol Borthwick, 61, of 20 Prince’s Street, Campbeltown was detained by police at 10.30am on Monday August 22 following an anonymous phone call.
Borthwick was breath tested by the road and the lower of two readings was 28microgrammes of alcohol in 100millitres of breath.
