Kintyre anglers catch Kinloch Shield . . .

KINTYRE Angling Club welcomed Lochgilpead Angling Club to Lussa Loch last Sunday, for the second leg of the interclub competition. The contest was evenly matched with nine anglers per team. Kintyre came in with a slim lead and maintained it in the second leg to lift the 2016 Kinloch Shield. Best bag for Kintyre went to Alastair Forbes with a weight of 3lbs 13oz. Lochgilphead’s biggest bag went to Murdo McDonald for 2lbs 8oz. Pictured are anglers at Lussa Loch.
