Bath time for Roland and Curt

Tears For Fears will be returning to their home city of Bath for a headlining performance at the city’s Recreation Ground [The Rec] on 26 May.

Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith will be headlining the city’s annual Bath Festival as part of a special 70th Anniversary finale weekend. Orzabal said: “We have a massive six months ahead, and this just tops it off beautifully. Coming home to play on The Rec in the city where it all started for us 37 years ago, is a perfect way to round off the tour. We can’t wait.” The duo’s visit to Bath coincides with their Rule The World Tour 2018, which starts in Leeds on 27 April. Joining Tears For Fears on tour is Classic Pop readers’ solo artist of 2017 Alison Moyet. Also performing over the Bath Festival weekend is Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Robert Plant And The Sensational Space Shifters, Imelda May, Midge Ure and more.
