I’ve been an avid reader of delicious. magazine for years but recently, since the diagnosis of my son’s autism, I’ve used it as a means of escape from the tantrums. I was inspired by the simplicity of the lemon curd recipe from the April issue [p116] and it was like sunshine in a bowl. It was quick and easy enough to complete without interruption, and my son has just devoured the curd on pancakes. A winning recipe in every respect – thank you.
