KEEP TALKING ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH!
I really liked the segment on mental health and the stories from the three women demonstrating that it is possible to go through the worst time of your life and turn it into something positive (January). It fills us all with hope! But, as someone who suffers with depression, I also wanted to point out to those who struggle daily with mental health issues, some days it is ok just to breathe and put one foot in front of the other. I also work as a mental health support worker and I think it’s really important for us to keep talking about it, so thank you!
