DONALD TRUMP CAN SUCK MY DICK!

In fight mode, Kathy Griffin is a thing of beauty and terror. Her refusal to play nice and be polite leads to dark places – like the decapitated Trump picture that saw her abandoned by Hollywood and TV networks. But the furore has inspired her current world tour, Laugh Your Head Off, and she’s ready to roar.

DNA: Welcome to the DNA interview!

Kathy Griffin: I’m so excited to be talking to you because I was just thinking… if only I knew someone who could tell me where to find pictures of hot gay guys. I love your website menu. It goes from Men to Not Safe For Work-ish. Ish! I’m also Not Safe For Work-ish. I should get that tattooed on my body.

Donald Trump has advocated violence on many occasions, and now appears to be condoning new-Nazism and all the violence that entails. Do you feel you apologised too soon for the severed head image?

Yes. I take it back. In light of all the shit he’s done – especially to the LGBT community with this transgender military ban. That guy can suck my dick and I’m donna go around the world saying that. And that whole piece-of-shit family –not the kid, I’ll leave the kid out of it – but the grown-up sons with their Nazi haircuts and, you know, after Charlottesville, that guy might be an actual Nazi. Fuck him, no. I’m not apologising for shit. People were dying in Houston and he said, “Good luck.” Now look, I’m all about the plebiscite and the gay marriage vote. How are you guys feeling about it?

About DNA Magazine

Yes! We're saying yes to same-sex marriage in Australia ahead of the nationwide postal survey – and so are dozens of celebrity supporters in our #Yes campaign! For readers outside Australia, we're sure you'll enjoy Andrew Lambropoulos on the cover anyway – yes! Also in DNA this month, we focus on Fitness. Both Samuel Higgins and Laurence Hines have remarkable personal journeys in which they transformed their bodies from unhealthy teens to sort-after models. They're inspirations! And there's 10 pages of hot fitness fashion shot by Russell Fleming on the Gold Coast. It's a celebrity-packed issue with Kathy Griffin going off on Trump, and the adorable George Takei getting coy about what kind of underwear Sulu from Star Trek wore! Aussie singer Anthony Callea gets fired up about politics and his adventure with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, and Bloc Party's Kele tells us about becoming a gay dad. Aussie hunk Rodger Corser talks about his TV career, who he'd date if he was gay, and what happened when a played a zombie with no underpants! It's Halloween soon so we found the sexiest Halloween party in LA, and one hell of a street party in New York! Speaking of travel, we continue our Honeymoon Hotspots series with stop-overs in Italy, India and a gay cruise in The Caribbean. There's Dear Diva's wise-ass advice, The Deplorables, Month In A Minute and a great lesbian romance movie, The Battle Of The Sexes. All that and more in this month’s DNA. Enjoy!
