■ Mod Podge
You can cover your books with fabric to make it look like leather. To do this, first brush some Mod Podge on your lightweight cotton fabric and let it dry. I like the finish it leaves. You can also use glossy magazine paper. The first books we are making can open, but I prefer to stack them or display them closed. I like Dover Publications catalogues! The photo shows a page of wrapping paper from their stationery catalogue. These small images make great book covers. You can also look for different printed sources of your own.
