Honda CBR250RR

A fancy bit of kit...

Our interest in Honda’s new CBR250RR was spiked when a fancy concept version of it was teased at last year’s Tokyo Motor Show. Up until that point, Honda hadn’t come out with anything fancy and sporty for years – almost unobtainable RC213V-S and run of the mill smaller CBRs notwithstanding. The 250 looked much more aggressive than the CBR300R, and though blessed with only a parallel twin motor of tiny proportions we could excuse Honda that given it’s new sexy state. It’s also a nod to what the new Fireblade might look like, with Honda keen to carry family lines throughout a model range. We’re saying it;s a good thing.
