Transforming your fertility health before doing an IVF cycle could be the key to increasing your chances of success.

EXPERT: Andrew Loosely

For thousands of years, Chinese medicine has been preparing people naturally for conception and pregnancy, by transforming their fertility health in advance of conceiving.

This approach is based on the understanding that a delay in natural conception is related to a deeper internal health imbalance that needs to be adjusted. Once this imbalance is improved, conception should be possible either naturally or with IVF.

Although the history of Chinese medicine predates IVF treatment, the principle of preparation can still be used. IVF does not work on improving your health but instead bypasses your reproductive cycle. This means that if there is an underlying deficiency before the IVF, causing an implantation issue for example, then this issue will still be there during and after the IVF treatment.
