The night before, cover 25g dried apple and 25g prunes with 100ml boiling water and 2tbsp orange juice. Stir in the zest of 1 orange and 1 dried clove. In the morning, warm through in a pan and serve with 150g low-fat greek yogurt and 10g pine nuts
