BURGER (QUARTERPOUNDER) The meat content of beef burgers can vary considerably, but usually ranges from around 70% to 99% ground beef. Other ingredients include rusk, flour, dried potato or breadcrumbs, plus water and seasonings such as yeast extract, onion, spices and salt. Sulphitebased preservatives are often added to extend shelf life.
