PROTECTING US FROM PLASTIC

I enjoy cooking the recipes and reading the features in your magazine. I was particularly interested in the article by Juliette Kellow on cutting down on plastics (Nov issue). Visiting Mozambique recently, I was upset to see little bits of plastic all over the beach. What should have been a beautiful, pristine paradise on the sands of the Indian Ocean was spoiled – it was such a shame. I thought your readers might be interested in my daughter’s blog: therenznest.com. She is setting up her own company to sell her recyclable and biodegradable products online. CHRISTINE GRIFFITHS
