WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR
• A BASIC MARGHERITA, topped mainly with tomato sauce and cheese, is usually a more waistlinefriendly option than pizzas loaded with lots of other toppings. But the more cheese you add, the more the fat piles up. So beware: those four-cheese pizzas can actually be fattier than a meat feast.
• THE TYPE OF CHEESE USED will largely dictate the fat content of the pizza: ricotta, for example, is much lower in fat than mascarpone.
