WORKING TOGETHER TO KEEP WEIGHT DOWN

37 years ago I lost six and a half stone – a loss I’ve managed to maintain. Since then, I’ve run slimming and healthy eating classes, at first for a large international weight-loss organisation, but for the past 31 years I’ve been entirely independent. Your magazine is exactly what I teach in my classes – healthy eating, balance and no fads. Some of my members have been with me for 30 years. A weekly weigh-in and a fun, friendly, supportive atmosphere helps them maintain their weight-loss, which we all know is the hardest thing to do.
