It’s either fried eggs on wholegrain toast, or pancakes with honey on Saturdays. And, if I have friends over, we do a fry-up.

JENNA SAYS: Eggs are a great source of vitamin D, which plays a role in bone health. They’re also high in protein to keep Jimmy fuller for longer. The wholegrain toast is high in fibre to promote a healthy gut, and honey contains micronutrients such as iron and calcium. A fry-up would be healthier as a ‘grill up’, with a half-plate of tomatoes and mushrooms
