The Trip: the most fun exercise you can get going nowhere

I want to tell you a sad story. It all started on a blustery November night last year when I walked into a new local spin class. I was excited. I like spinning, but nowhere near me previously had held a class. It was in a community hall at the end of my road and the instructor was Abi. I have never met a more soulful, energetic and inspirational gym instructor. And I’ve met a lot.
