MAKES 10 small loaves

PREPARATION 3 hours (including proving time)

BAKING 20 minutes

There is something magical about the combination of chocolate chips, bright green pistachios and oranges that makes this a huge favourite in our bakery. However, you can play around with the chocolate, nuts and citrus fruits as you like, perhaps substituting white chocolate, hazelnuts and lemon zest.
