Love the iguana! I have just received my second issue of Leisure Painter (July 2019) and was inspired by the article and photographs of the green iguana by Liz Chaderton. The photograph had such striking contrast that I decided to have a go at painting the iguana in tones of Payne’s grey watercolour (below right). Payne’s grey is one of my favourite watercolours, as it can be used as an intense dark or for subtle tones with a blue tinge.
