WALES
Café Môr translates as ‘Sea Café’– and it is the bounty of the Pembrokeshire Coast that has sustained its reputation as the finest food truck west (and maybe east) of the Severn Bridge. Lobster and crab rolls star on the menu alongside Welsh laverbread, made using seaweed harvested from nearby sands. It’s often parked overlooking the National Trust’s Freshwater West beach, where customers can eat their lunch while watching surfers riding the swells of the Irish Sea (rolls from £3.50; cafemor.co.uk).
