Making Cards & Papercraft  |  October 2014

So I can’t believe it, we’re inching closer and closer to christmas! at the time of writing it feels like an age away but here we are surrounded by stunning new christmas ranges and superb projects. Our unique christmas craft papers start next month so make sure you don’t miss out, we think they are great!

We’ve teamed up with Hunter crafts to bring you something very special in this edition. We’re proud to be able to include a selection of the brand new Humphey’s corner craft range papers, free and just for you! this is the first time that this range has been seen and I’m sure you’ll agree are adorable! this edition includes a couple of christmas card projects for those of you who are starting early; Tracy Evans has created two beautiful collections, super skates, my personal favourite this month, and simply divine which uses gilding flakes with stamped angel silhouettes, but also a selection of other cards too as we all know, birthdays and other occasions still happen!

Emma Williams has created a beautiful card using an exquisite audrey Hepburn stamp by Deep red stamps and teamed it with a pretty arrangement of feathers, pearls and more resulting in a really fabulous design. there were many requests to keep this card by staff! Sarah-Jane ray’s step-by-step guide to creating beautiful 3D flowers using paper flowers (you may still have some left from your september edition in which they were given to you as a free gift!) in Bloomin’ brilliant (page 9) is a great way to transform something simple into something stunning!

However for iOS we recommend an iPad 2 (2nd gen)/iPhone 3 or better for performance and stability. Earlier models with lower processor and RAM specifications may experience slower page rendering and occasional app crashes which are outside of our control.
