AFTER THE SUCCESS of the O11-Dynamic, Lian Li is back with its little brother. The PC-O11-Dynamic Mini brings a scaleddown version of the hugely popular case to the market. It’s for those looking for something smaller, and it won’t come as a surprise, given the popularity of the original O11-Dynamic, that the O11-Dynamic Mini has flown off the shelves.
Lian Li seems to have taken the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” approach, and rightly so, keeping it simple and literally scaling down the original to create a wondrous little case. There are some differences—there’s no ATX power supply support here; instead it relies on SFX units to help it lose some weight—but the overall look and feel of the Mini is still very Lian Li. Brushed aluminum, acrylic, and tempered glass adorn the front, side, and top of the case, with the familiar procedure of removing first the top and then the side panels needed for installing a system.
