Eat more fish to think faster

A diet high in omega 3 fatty acids can help your brain stay sharper as you age

Eating more omega 3 fatty acids – found in fish, nuts and seeds – can make you more successful. That’s the findings of new research published in the journal NeuroImage, which examined the blood levels of 32 key nutrients, including omega 3. It found that higher levels of the essential fatty acid correlated to a more efficient frontoparietal network, which is response for focus, attention and engagement in goal-oriented behaviour.
