In Asia, they say that plant sprouts contain life because they grow in every climate, even with little space, and they are also full of nutrients and taste great. A spoonful of sprouts contains several times the amount of nutrients than an adult plant - as such, sprouts are a cheap, fresh and quality vegetable which is available throughout the entire year. What is also interesting is that although eating sprouts is far from new, many people still do not take full advantage of their nourishing contents.
