1 LA ROCHELLE
Start o.in La Ville Blanche (‘the White City’), so-called for its dazzling limestone buildings. La Rochelle has a rich seafaring history that can be seen in its array of lighthouses and salt-resistant slate roofs. It’s from here that Montreal’s founders set sail in the 17th century.
