INARI, FINLAND
Reindeer and their jockeys atop skis speed toward the finish line of a 1,000-meter race on a snow-covered ice track more than 200 miles north of the Arctic Circle on March 31. The event is part of a six-stage competition held each year in Finland since 1950.
