Ciudad Juárez, Mexico—They are separated by borders but connected by blood. On June 24, hundreds of Mexican and American relatives embraced on the banks of the Rio Grande here in this city just miles from El Paso, Texas. It came as President Donald Trump continues to call for a wall to be built along the Mexican border to stop people from crossing into the United States.
