The Taynuilt Hotel is being rebranded and will focus on fine dining.
ONE OF Scotland’s most exciting young chefs, John McNulty, is relaunching the Taynuilt Hotel, where he is chef/patron, as The Taynuilt: Etive Restaurant with Rooms in 2017.
John bought the traditional coaching inn in 2012 and renovated it, opening a restaurant – the Snug – to great acclaim.
